Hardin 4th Celebration

The public is invited to an Independence Day tribute to America next Tuesday night in Hardin’s Hornet Stadium. The free July 4th celebration is sponsored by the Hardin and Cypress Lakes volunteer fire departments as well as Liberty County EMS and Liberty County Hazmat. Organizers say the Independence Day celebration in Hardin gets under way at 7 p.m. Tuesday with concessions. Then, starting at 7:30, there will be tributes to veterans, police officers and firefighters along with special remarks from local dignitaries. The Independence Day event will also include patriotic music, all at Hardin stadium. The night’s free family friendly celebration culminates at dark with a fireworks extravaganza. Again, firefighters from Hardin and Cypress Lakes along with the good folks at Liberty County EMS and Liberty County Hazmat invite the whole community to an Independence Day tribute to AmericaTuesday starting at 7 p.m. in Hornet Stadium behind Hardin High School on FM 834.
