Liberty County Pct.4 Constable Robbie Thornton is asking for the public’s help locating 22-year-old Justin Chase Campbell. Constable Thornton said Justin Campbell is wanted on two misdemeanor warrants - one for Possession of a Controlled Substance and the other for Possession of Marijuana. The Pct. 4 constable reports his office began surveillance back in late February on an apartment in the city of Dayton after receiving tips from local residents. Constable Thornton and his deputies were aided in that surveillance by both the Dayton Police Department and Constable Pct. 2 Les Hulsey’s office. Then, a search warrant was issued by 75th District Court Judge Mark Morefield for an apartment at 208 South Church Street in Dayton. There, law enforcement recovered substances believed to be both cocaine and marijuana. They also found digital scales, packing materials and a handgun. Liberty County Pct.4 Justice of the Peace Larry Wilburn has issued two warrants in this case. Now, Justin Chase Campbell, age 22, is being sought for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. Anyone with information on Campbell’s whereabouts is asked to contact LibertyCountyPct.4 Constable Robbie Thornton’s office at 936-258-4711.
