Early voting continues through Friday

An important reminder for registered voters – early voting continues through Friday for the November 6th General Election. In Liberty County, early voting is today through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. All early voting in Liberty County is at four locations: the Jack Hartel Community Building in Liberty; the Cleveland Civic Center; the Dayton Community Center; and Hardin City Hall. Turning to early voting in Chambers County, it also continues through Friday, but with slightly different voting hours on Friday. Early voting in Chambers County is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today through Thursday but Friday hours in Chambers County are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Voters there can cast a ballot at the following four locations: the Chambers County Courthouse Annex in Anahuac; the East Chambers County Courthouse Annex in Winnie; the West Chambers County Courthouse Annex in Mont Belvieu; and the Cedar Bayou Community Building in Baytown. Voters are reminded they will need an approved photo ID in order to vote early or on Election Day – Tuesday, November 6th.
