Long time friend, Neal Thornton introduced the county judge during the presentation ceremony. The original date for honoring the county judge was back in September but Tropical Storm Imelda came to south east Texas and forced a cancellation. With that the banquet was held this past Thursday evening at Liberty’s Masonic Lodge.
