Weekend News: No irregularities on jail suicide: Local and area news media reported earlier this month, from a sheriff department spokesperson that, an inmate at the Liberty County Jail, was found dead, hanging by a bed sheet in his cell. While the final autopsy results are still not complete KSHN.COM learned from a source involved in the investigation that so far there is no indication of wrong doing nor negligence in the death of 36-year old Christian David Sarmiento. Bank: Local law enforcement believe there was about to be a robbery at the Texas First Bank in Hull Friday morning at around 11. Information indicates the alleged robber was pulling on a mask before entering the former Hull State Bank when a customer saw him and the possible bank robber broke and ran for a nearby car. Miles away on State Highway 105 the car was stopped by DPS. The driver, who reportedly also matches the description of the suspect, is in custody to be transferred to federal custody.
