Crash: A two vehicle crash on Hwy 90 in Dayton Wednesday evening brought rush hour traffic to a halt for about an hour. Both the drivers and the children were taken to Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center, mostly as a precaution. Reports indicate Ms. Toxqui was at fault for failing to yield the right of way.
