School District Property Values: The Central Appraisal District is on a rotating six-year schedule where a staff appraiser personally inspects every property in a specific school district in a particular year. This year, according to Chief Appraiser Alan D. Conner, they inspected the properties in the Hull-Daisetta and Devers Independent School districts. Overall, Mr. Conner projects Hull-Daisetta ISD property values are up over last year, while values in the Devers school district increased slightly. Also up according to estimations from Alan D. Conner, are property values in LISD and Cleveland ISD.  The chief appraiser said property values are down overall for Dayton, Hardin, and Tarkington ISD.
